Why there isn't one price
Anyone quoting a single headline figure for “a nose job” is over-simplifying. The fair, accurate way to price rhinoplasty is to assess your nose first and then quote for your operation. That is why Mr Paun gives you a written, all-in quote after your consultation — never a guess over the phone. A typical private rhinoplasty quote in London is made up of four parts:
What's in a rhinoplasty quote
Surgeon’s fee
Reflects the complexity and length of your procedure and the surgeon’s experience.
Anaesthetist’s fee
For general anaesthetic and your care during surgery.
Hospital fee
Theatre time, your room, nursing care and any overnight stay.
Aftercare
Your follow-up appointments with Mr Paun — explained up front, with no hidden costs.
Why one rhinoplasty costs more than another
Primary vs revision vs reconstruction
Revision rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction take longer and are more involved than a straightforward primary rhinoplasty.
Open vs closed technique
And the amount of reshaping required for the result you want.
Cartilage grafting
Using ear or, especially, rib cartilage adds operating time.
Functional work
Adding septal, turbinate or nasal-valve surgery — see septorhinoplasty.
Hospital & length of stay
A day-case procedure costs less than one needing an overnight stay.

Rhinoplasty cost — FAQs
How much does rhinoplasty cost in London?
There is no single figure — the price depends on what the operation involves (primary vs revision or reconstruction), how long it takes, the surgeon's fee, the anaesthetist's fee and the hospital fee. After your £275 consultation with Mr Paun you receive a written, all-in quote specific to your procedure.
What does the £275 consultation include?
A full one-to-one consultation with Mr Santdeep Paun FRCS — a detailed examination of the inside and outside of your nose, discussion of your goals and options, and 3D imaging so you can see a realistic preview of your potential result before deciding anything.
Why is revision rhinoplasty more expensive than primary?
Revision and reconstructive cases take longer, are technically more demanding, and usually need cartilage grafts (sometimes from the rib), which adds operating time and complexity — so the surgical, anaesthetic and hospital fees are higher.
Is finance available?
Yes. Symmetry Clinic works with Chrysalis Finance, one of the UK's largest ethical healthcare lenders, offering instant decisions and a range of monthly payment plans. You can apply once you have your quote.
Does the price include aftercare?
Your quote covers the operation and the standard post-operative follow-up appointments with Mr Paun. He will explain exactly what is and isn't included before you proceed — there are no hidden costs.
Can I get rhinoplasty on the NHS?
Purely cosmetic rhinoplasty is not generally available on the NHS. Functional septoplasty for significant breathing problems sometimes is — but waiting times are long and you cannot choose your surgeon. Privately you can address function and appearance together, with Mr Paun.
